    Do you have a friend or loved one that shares your same fitness goals? This is the option for you! Train alongside your partner while still receiving the benefits of one on one personal training and customized programming.

    The best of both worlds! We will work together once, twice, or four times a month to ensure proper form PLUS you will receive weekly customized workouts to complete on your own!
